Turning Vision Into
Reality at the
Speed of AI

A colleague introduced me to the Delfin System, a profound personal development series grounded in Charles F. Haanel's classic 1912 work, The Master Key System. The idea that thought creates reality was not philosophy to me. It became an operating system. This was the foundation on which everything that followed was built.

The movie brought manifesting and connecting to source energy back into sharp focus. Not as a trend, but as a reminder of what I already sensed was true. The principles that underpinned Delfin now had a visual, emotional language. It rewired how I related to possibility. And one voice on screen stopped me completely: Bob Proctor.

There was a clarity in how Bob Proctor explained the laws of mind and energy that I had not encountered before. I went looking for his programs and found an entire body of work rooted in Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich, one of the most important books I have ever read. I studied it seriously. The principles around thought, belief, and the subconscious mind reframed how I understood every result I had ever produced, and every result I was capable of producing.

Attending the Bob Proctor Matrix event in Phoenix was one of the most transformational experiences of my life. Being in a room with people who were operating from a completely different understanding of what was possible, and hearing Bob teach live, accelerated everything. The concepts I had been studying intellectually became real and embodied. I left Phoenix a different person, with a different relationship to my own potential.

Life-changing. The PSI Basic Seminar gave me a mirror unlike anything I had encountered before, showing me the invisible structures, beliefs, and patterns I had been unconsciously operating from. Understanding what blocks you is the prerequisite to everything that follows. My meditation practice began here.

Reading voraciously. Meditating nearly every day. The inner work became indistinguishable from the outer results. Over the next decade, my career at Cisco accelerated. I led global teams, drove enterprise transformation, and built a reputation for showing up fully, because I had learned to show up fully inside first.

After COVID, my husband and I packed our lives, four dogs, a cat, and everything we believed was next, and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. The relocation was a reset. A conscious choice to step into the next version of what we were building together.

Re-auditing the PSI Basic was a completely different experience the second time. Same content. Different person receiving it. What I had integrated over a decade showed me how far the work had taken me and how much further was possible.

The Advanced Seminar was a 7-day immersive designed to break through fear and hand you the tools to stop performing a version of yourself and actually be yourself. It was one of the most confronting, most liberating experiences of my life. The fears I met there lost their authority over me.

Ten days to become a leader of self. Not the leadership of titles or org charts, but the leadership that radiates from a person who has done the inner work. This seminar made me a more present leader, a more honest communicator, and a more grounded human being. Everything changed in how I showed up for others.

I started my Mindvalley subscription a few years ago and continue to grow through its programs. Mindvalley is not an app I use. It is a curriculum I live inside. The tools, teachers, and frameworks have shaped how I think, how I lead, and what I believe is possible, which is exactly why this role feels less like an opportunity and more like a convergence.
